Operation Uplift  was founded in 1983 as a support system for women with breast cancer, their friends and families.  Because of the growing need for support for both men and women with all types of cancer, Operation Uplift was expanded in 1988 to meet this need through education, information, regular peer support meetings, and clinics. 

Operation Uplift  is a non-profit organization which relies on memberships, grants and donations for support. Dedicated volunteers provide most of our services.
